Working New York rooms every week
Magicians Who Know New York Venues
Our New York magicians have worked the rooms your guests already know: cocktail hour at Ascent Lounge at Columbus Circle, a 230-guest holiday party at The Pool on East 52nd, a 400-person corporate after-party split between Estiatorio Milos and Quality Bistro on West 55th, private dining rooms at Fasano and STK, a bookstore takeover at Housing Works in SoHo, and a parlour show for a 40th birthday in Bay Ridge.
They arrive early, dressed for the room, and briefed on your guest list and run of show. In a city where load-in windows are short and the freight elevator is shared, that matters as much as the sleight of hand.
Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Westchester, Long Island, northern New Jersey, and Fairfield County. If your event is within reach of the city, so are we.
Fourteen New York magicians and mentalists, one point of contact
Every Performer on This Roster Was Chosen by a Magician
See Magic Live is led by Kostya Kimlat, whom Penn Jillette has called “one of the best magicians we have in the world today.” Kostya has vetted every New York performer on this site himself before they appear at a single client event, and he still handles the matching for corporate clients personally.
The New York roster includes close-up specialists Adam Elbaum and Tom Gibney, sleight-of-hand artist Alexander Boyce, comedian and magician Harrison Greenbaum, mentalists Ryan Oakes, Max Davidson and Ryan Lally, Rubik’s Cube magician Steven Brundage of America’s Got Talent, Brooklyn-based Jacob Greenwald, Cassandra, and Ben Nemzer.
You describe the event once. We recommend two or three performers who fit the room, confirm their availability, handle the contract and payment, and brief the magician before the date. One conversation, one invoice, nothing to chase.
Built for the New York corporate and social calendar
Magic for Adults Who Have Seen Everything
New York audiences are hard to impress, and most of what gets booked as “a magician” is aimed at children. Our performers work in advanced sleight of hand and mentalism, material that fools other magicians, and they perform it for grown-ups: fintech holiday parties, private equity dinners, an engineering firm’s year-end celebration at the Seaport, milestone birthdays on Central Park South.
Two formats cover almost every event. Interactive close-up magic moves through cocktail hour in small groups, five to ten minutes at a time, so a 400-guest reception still feels personal. A parlour or stage show brings the whole room together for 30 to 60 minutes. Many clients book both.
Children’s birthday parties are not our focus. If that is what you need, we are glad to point you to someone who does them well.
